Step-by-step Instructions

Step 1: Work 3rd, 4th Stitches on LH Needle

Insert the right-hand needle purlwise into the front of the 3rd and 4th stitches on the left-hand needle.

Step 2: Drop stitches

Drop the four stitches off the left-hand needle.

Step 3: Work loose stitches

Insert the left-hand needle into the two loose stitches.

Step 4: Rearrange stitches

Insert the left-hand needle into the two stitches on the right-hand needle from left to right, and slip them back onto the left-hand needle.

Step 5: Knit two stitches

With the yarn in back.
