How to make P1 ULS

Step 1: Insert the right needle under loose strands then into the front leg of the first stitch on the left needle from right to left.
Step 2: Wrap the yarn around the needle counterclockwise.
Step 3: Pull it through the stitch and underneath the loose strands.
Step 4: Slide the stitch off the left needle to complete the P1 uls.

Cast on 165 stitches or multiple of 10 stitches, plus 15.

Garter stitch Border

Rows 1-8: Purl.

Main Pattern

  • Row 1: P5, *SL5 wyif, P5; repeat from * to last 10 sts, SL5 wyif, P5.
  • Row 2: Purl.
  • Row 3: P5, *SL5 wyif, P5; repeat from * to last 10 sts, SL5 wyif, P5.
  • Row 4: Purl.
  • Row 5: P5, *SL5 wyif, P5; repeat from * to last 10 sts, SL5 wyif, P5.
  • Row 6: Purl.
  • Row 7: P5, *SL5 wyif, P5; repeat from * to last 10 sts, SL5 wyif, P5.
  • Row 8: P7, P1 ULS, P2, *P7, P1 ULS, P2; repeat from * to last 5 sts, P5.
