How to make Knit 3 Below:
Drop the stitch off the needle and unravel 3 rows down. Insert the needle into the stitch on the 4th row down and under the 3 loose strands, then knit, catching the 3 loose strands behind the stitch

- Row 1 (RS): Color A, KNIT.
- Row 2: Color A, K4, PURL to last 4 sts, K4.
- Row 3: Color A, KNIT.
- Row 4: Color A, K4, PURL to last 4 sts, K4.
- Row 5: Color B, K7, *K3B, K3; repeat from * to last 4 sts, K4.
- Row 6: Color B, K4, PURL to last 4 sts, K4.
- Row 7: Color B, KNIT.
- Row 8: Color B, K4, PURL to last 4 sts, K4.
- Row 9: Color A, K5, *K3B, K3; repeat from * to last 6 sts, K3B, K5.
- Row 10: Color A, K4, PURL to last 4 sts, K4.
- Row 11: Color A, KNIT.
- Row 12: Color A, K4, PURL to last 4 sts, K4.
