Material Used
Yarn: Caron Simply Soft (Soft Green and Chartreuse)
Needles: 4.5mm
Techniques Used
K: Knit.
P: Purl.
Sl: Slip stitch purlwise .
Right side: Slip stitch with yarn in back.
Wrong side: Slip stitch with yarn in front.

Pattern
Cast on a multiples of 8, plus 6.
Row 1 (RS): Color A, knit.
Row 2: Color A, knit.
Row 3: Color B, k2, *sl 2, k6*, last 4 sts, sl 2, k2.
Row 4: Color B, p2, *sl 2, p6*, last 4 sts, sl l, p2.
Rows 5-8: Repeat rows 3-4 twice more,
Row 9: Color A, knit.
Row 10: Color A, knit.
Row 11: Color B, k6, *sl 2, k6*.
Row 12: Color B, p6, *sl 2, p6*.
Rows 13-16: Repeat rows 11-12 twice more.
Repeat rows 1-16.
 Two-color honeycomb stitch creates a fabric with an interesting hexagonal mosaic structure.  What appears quite complicated is again quite simply achieved.
