Cast on 41 stitches.
Garter stitch border
Rows 1-4: Knit.
Bubble pattern
Row 1 - right side: Knit.
Row 2: K3, purl to last 3 stitches, knit 3.
Row 3: Knit.
Row 4: K3, purl to last 3 stitches, knit 3.
Row 5: Knit.
Row 6: K3, purl to last 3 stitches, knit 3.
Row 7: Knit 6, *knit 4 below, knit 3; rep from * to last 3 stitches, knit 3.
Row 8: K3, purl to last 3 stitches, knit 3.
Row 9: Knit.
Row 10: K3, purl to last 3 stitches, knit 3.
Row 11: Knit.
Row 12: K3, purl to last 3 stitches, knit 3.
Row 13: Knit 4, * knit 4 below, knit 3; rep from * to last st, knit 1.
Row 14: K3, purl to last 3 stitches, knit 3.
Repeat Rows 3 - 14 until you reach the desired length, ending on a row 8 or row 14
Afterwards, proceed to knit 4 rows Garter stitch for the border.
Then bind off. Weave in all ends.
