How to knit 2/2/2 RRC

Slip 2 stitches to cable needle and hold in back, slip next 2 stitches to second cable needle and hold in front, knit 2, knit 2 from front cable needle, knit 2 from back cable needle.

Cast on a multiple of 16 stitches plus 10.

  • Row 1: *(Purl 2, knit 6) ×2; rep from * to last 10 sts, purl 2, knit 6, purl 2.
  • Row 2: Knit 2, purl 6, knit 2, *(purl 6, knit 2) ×2; rep from * to end.
  • Row 3: *Purl 2, knit 6, purl 2, 2/2/2 RRC; rep from * to last 10 sts, purl 2, knit 6, purl 2.
  • Row 4: Knit 2, purl 6, knit 2, *(purl 6, knit 2) ×2; rep from * to end.
  • Row 5: *(Purl 2, knit 6) ×2; rep from * to last 10 sts, purl 2, knit 6, purl 2.
  • Row 6: Knit 2, purl 6, knit 2, *(purl 6, knit 2) ×2; rep from * to end.
  • Row 7: *Purl 2, 2/2/2 RRC, purl 2, knit 6; rep from * to last 10 sts, purl 2, 2/2/2 RRC, purl 2.
  • Row 8: Knit 2, purl 6, knit 2, *(purl 6, knit 2) ×2; rep from * to end.
