Purl-Twist Dishcloth

40 stitches

Using crochet cast on if you would like it to match the bind off edge.

  • Row 1 (RS): Knit.
  • Row 2 (WS): Slip 1, *purl 2 together, but do not slip from needle, then purl the first stitch again, and slip both stitches from needle together; repeat from * to last stitch, slip 1.
  • Row 3: Knit.
  • Row 4: Slip 1, purl 1, *purl 2 together, but do not slip from needle, then purl the first stitch again, and slip both stitches from needle together; repeat from * to last 2 stitches, purl 1, slip 1.

Repeat rows 1-4 for desired length.

Bind off.
